About the role:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our company's finance department, providing comprehensive support to the Italian Finance Manager. You will be involved in various financial projects, assisting in the development of financial plans, conducting financial analysis, assisting in planning the budgets, and aiding in the preparation of financial statements and reporting package. This role offers you the opportunity to learn and develop professional skills in the finance field while building a successful career in an international work environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Explore and maintain overseas financial resources, and collaborate with other financial teams to expand and reserve financial resources.
- Liaise closely with the business team (including channels, sales, delivery team) , provide financing solutions for dealers and consumers in accordance with the company's sales plans to support the development of overseas sales strategies.
- Capture the most cutting-edge financial market information, deeply analyze the current situation and development of the automotive finance market in Europe, and provide a series of supportive models, data, research, and professional analysis for the sales financing strategy, including but not limited to macro, industry, market, and competitor areas.
- Research and promote Finance and Business Integration, Industry and Finance Combination, actively carry out financial business innovation, design financial business varieties with banks and their subsidiaries, etc., participate in the bidding and evaluation of financial solutions, business landing and operation, and prevent and control risks;
- Focus on our sales target and achievement, produce routinely country's financing analysis to monitor execution, dynamically adjust our financing offers; focus on competing brands’ schemes; visit dealers and banks to understand the market situation.
Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in financing/leasing business, preferable in consumer finance or OEM’s financing related position.
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or other related fields
Professional Knowledge Requirement:
- Fluent in English; French, German, Spanish, Italian and other European regional languages are a plus
- Master the financing related workflow and professional knowledge;
- Familiar with domestic and international financial policies, bank credit policies, proficient in financing tools in the financial market, and have successful operation experience;
- Excellent communication and coordination ability, business negotiation ability and risk management ability;
- Ability to collaborate with people of different cultural backgrounds, optimistic and positive, strong stress resistance
- CPA/CFA/FRM is a plus
- Accept medium to long term business trips(50%+)
