Job Description (JD)
Project Lifecycle HR Support
- Participate in the full project lifecycle (from initiation to closure), developing HR strategies aligned with project objectives (recruitment, training, performance management, etc.).
- Monitor project staffing needs, dynamically adjust recruitment pace, and ensure workforce alignment with project phases (e.g., development, delivery, operations).
Recruitment & Talent Allocation
- Lead recruitment for key positions (technical/managerial roles), focusing on HEAD-level candidates and critical technical talent.
- Build a project-specific talent pool and optimize internal transfer processes to prioritize resource reuse within the project.
Employee Relations & Risk Management
- Manage labor compliance (contracts, transfers, terminations) to mitigate legal risks.
- Conduct regular employee interviews, resolve cross-departmental conflicts, and maintain team stability.
Performance & Incentive Design
- Develop project-driven performance systems (OKR/KPI) linking project milestones to individual incentives.
- Design short-term motivational programs (e.g., project bonuses, OTE) to enhance team efficiency.
Data Analysis & Cost Control
- Deliver HR cost analysis reports (productivity per capita, attrition rate, recruitment ROI) to optimize project budgets.
- Flag overstaffing risks and collaborate with business units to develop contingency plans (layoffs/reassignments).
Job Requirements (JR)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of full-cycle HR experience, with preference for project-based HR support (IT, renewable energy, automotive, or consulting industries).
- Strong understanding of European labor laws and compliance frameworks.
- Business Acumen: Translate project goals into HR strategies.
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in Excel/HR systems for data-driven decisions (e.g., cost modeling, efficiency analysis).
- Communication & Coordination: Expertly liaise with executives and cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts proactively.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), HRBP, or psychology-related credentials.
- Experience in Agile project management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to manage multicultural teams across Europe.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., Dutch, Hungarian) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as per project needs.
