About the Role
We are looking for a Store Design Coordinator who is a design-driven, detail-oriented, and marketing-savvy professional. This role will be responsible for ensuring dealership stores in European markets meet BYD’s brand positioning and corporate identity (CI) standards through effective coordination, auditing, and implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with dealers, internal teams, and stakeholders to uphold and enhance BYD’s brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Store CI Design & Implementation: Oversee all aspects of BYD store CI design, including exterior and interior decoration, visual merchandising, and window displays, in collaboration with the Network Development team.
• Store Tracking & Coordination: Ensure store design execution aligns with company policies, closely monitor store status, and communicate with dealers and internal teams.
• Store Audits & Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with BYD’s CI standards, prepare audit reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Sales & Business Support: Work with the sales team to implement BYD’s CI guidelines for new store development projects, and actively support store events and sales campaigns.
• Process Optimization: Assist the team in enhancing store design processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in retail design, interior design, or business management. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Management.
• Proficiency in CAD tools: SketchUp, AutoCAD, 5D rendering (or equivalent 3D CAD software), and Photoshop.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of branding and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate across teams and external partners.
• Strong time management skills, able to prioritize and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven with an open-minded approach to challenges.
• Language skills: Fluency in English, Hungarian, or any additional European languages are a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and alignment with BYD’s mission for a greener future.
• Willingness to travel within the EU region for store audits and inspections.
• Valid Category B driving license (or equivalent for passenger cars).
