Main responsibilities:
- Support dealers and service providers by providing information and resolving parts concerns. • Follow up on orders or backorders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Take ownership of the order-to-cash process.
• Assist dealers on system operating questions, and interface with system developer..
• Manage day-to-day communication with dealers and service providers to ensure smooth parts operations.
• Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues.
• Perform data analyses on order overview and parts logistics.
• Handle order returns, cancellations, and other spare parts related inquiries.
Main requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor level of working and thinking. Supply Chain/Business background; • Client facing experience with highly customer oriented mindset. Preferrably in automotive industry.
• High attention to details and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment;
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Polish. Skills in Chinese language is considered an advantage;
• Proficiency with Microsoft office and Outlook, advanced level of Excel would be a plus;
• Effective communicator and team player;
• Willing to learn and open for new challenges
