About the department
The R&D department plans the sustainable product and technology roadmap for Europe and works on developing advanced, full electric bus series which fulfill current and future European public transportation market needs. By cooperating with European leading suppliers, the R&D department continuously upgrades design and engineering abilities for excellent product performance and quality.
The R&D team is looking for an Operations and Maintenance Engineer to discuss technical solutions and details with customers and suppliers, and help China R&D team finish Bus data design.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the commercial vehicle remote monitoring system.
- System management, maintenance, and configuration of monitoring data to ensure the accuracy and stability of various data.
- Troubleshooting, conducting system and network troubleshooting to ensure the stable operation of the system.
- Performance optimization, analyzing system performance and taking measures to optimize and clarify the system's operation.
- Backup and recovery: Develop and execute data backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Documentation writing: Draft system documents, record configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaboration with the development team: Collaborate with the development team to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s/HBO degree in electrical engineering or similar.
- 1-2 years of electrical test engineering experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and Chinese language
- Very clear and systematic thinking that demonstrates strong judgment and problem-solving competencies;
- Excellent organization skills and able to work well in a team setting.
- Willing to take business travel
- Driver license（EU）
- You have a creative mind and strong analytical skills
- Understanding of legislation and standards
