As Technical Trainer you will:
- Execute European distributor courses in person and on-site coaching for distributors in Iberia.
- Responsible for the process tracking and preparation of course materials.
- Responsible for post-training, course implementation and evaluation of trainees.
- Communicate with overseas technical engineers and collect technical cases to form documents.
- Course development and improvement.
- Assist in the development of training plans.
- Improve your skills knowledge according to the iteration and update of products and technologies.
- Support for skills competitions or other technical activities.
- Other work assigned by the leader.
Your profile:
- More than 3 years related experience.
- Enthusiasm of New Energy Vehicle and training work.
- Fluent Spanish and other European language is a plus.
- Willing and flexible to travel among European countries and to China.
