About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

About the role:

Under the responsibility of the Country Manager, the employee will be mainly responsible for back-office work and coordinate various business requests for French market. You will work closely with the sales and network team and other France NSC teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect market information via various sources and channels and identify right clients and market opportunities within France Region.
  • Follow up and monitor the business and prepare related report to the Country Manager in sales/projects/networks and problems with proposed improvement solutions;
  • Collaborate with the sales and network team to identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the retail channel.
  • Assisting in preparing presentations, documents, and proposals for internal and external meetings, and other administration work.
  • Analyze sales reports according to business development needs, and output corresponding data or credible materials on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Assist Country Manager to Coordinate and arrange the management BYD Group’s visit to France.
  • Internal and external communications with different departments at BYD France or BYD HQ China and Europe. .
  • Other tasks assigned by Country Manager France.           

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in automotive industry.
  3. Excellent French and English Skill. Chinese will be a plus.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  5. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
