BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
About the role:
Under the responsibility of the Country Manager, the employee will be mainly responsible for back-office work and coordinate various business requests for French market. You will work closely with the sales and network team and other France NSC teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect market information via various sources and channels and identify right clients and market opportunities within France Region.
- Follow up and monitor the business and prepare related report to the Country Manager in sales/projects/networks and problems with proposed improvement solutions;
- Collaborate with the sales and network team to identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the retail channel.
- Assisting in preparing presentations, documents, and proposals for internal and external meetings, and other administration work.
- Analyze sales reports according to business development needs, and output corresponding data or credible materials on a daily or weekly basis.
- Assist Country Manager to Coordinate and arrange the management BYD Group’s visit to France.
- Internal and external communications with different departments at BYD France or BYD HQ China and Europe. .
- Other tasks assigned by Country Manager France.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in automotive industry.
- Excellent French and English Skill. Chinese will be a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
