About the role
Overseas Office is looking for a Senior Policy Researcher to join our dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success in the European market. This role is integral to our strategic operations, as it involves the close monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of key policies that could impact our business. The ideal candidate will not only establish and maintain a policy and technical exchange platform but will also work collaboratively with various business units to ensure a seamless policy implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring, interpreting, and maintaining key policy systems in the European region, establishing a policy and technical exchange platform for the group overseas, and coordinating with business units to track policy implementation;
- Responsible for establishing communication channels with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and related organizations, and participating in key research, discussions, etc., as an expert;
- According to development needs, conduct research and produce special subject reports, identify problems, analyze problems, solve problems, and provide references for major decisions;
- Responsible for the writing, response, and proofreading of general speeches, business correspondence, and other materials
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's Degree, and have research backgrounds. Preferably in the field of Politics and Economics.
- Possesses a broad vision and perspective, has a deep understanding of overseas macro, meso, and micro industrial economic policies, has a rich knowledge base, and has independent thinking and judgment skills.
- Has strong writing skills for textual materials or foundational skills in PPT production, can lead the compilation of industry policy research and analysis reports, has certain methodologies and practical experience, needs to be close to the business and grounded.
- Able to endure hardship and has strong execution, high sense of responsibility, meticulous thinking, strong logic, good language communication skills, market-oriented thinking, and customer service awareness.
- Speaking and working in Mandarin is a must.
