 Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform daily administrative tasks, including document processing and record maintenance
    • Participated in internal meetings, assisted in preparing cross-cultural meeting materials, and taking notes of meeting points
    • With the personnel department to do a good job in department recruitment training, statistics ,cost management,t and other work
    • Responsible for department travel, reimbursement, and other work
    • Responsible for factory employee relations, publicity, and other work

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in English or Chinese.
  • Be proficient in operating computers and using various office software.
  • Possess better expression, communication, organization, coordination abilities, time management skills, and affinity.
  • Have good learning ability.
