Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision making across finance and business operations. This role combines financial expertise with advanced analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT department to promote the systematization of various modules such as pricing, commercial policies, financial offers, promotions, rebate settlements, etc.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis on the responsible vehicle models.
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify business opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Develop predictive models for financial forecasting and business planning
- Create automated reporting solutions for key business and financial metrics
- Partner with business units to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead special projects requiring advanced analytics and financial modeling
- Build and maintain dashboards for executive reporting
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics role with focus on finance/business
- Strong programming skills (Python/R) and SQL expertise
- Advanced spoken and written Chinese and English
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and BI platforms
- Experience with large dataset analysis and data mining
- Strong financial acumen and business understanding
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
